When the original lighting designer of the National Museum of Saudi Arabia was unable to continue with the project, Sutton Vane Associates were appointed to take the project through to completion. The project was so big that it took a team of twelve men nearly two months just to aim, focus and balance the lighting. All eight major galleries, all minor galleries and circulation areas were addressed. Guidance was also given on the lighting of King Abdul Azziz’s palace, his car collection and other buildings and artefacts which are on the same site.
