This was the second strategy that Sutton Vane Associates wrote for the Portsmouth area, as part of the huge Portsmouth Harbour Renaissance. The first had been for the Historic Dockyard. The two inter-linked strategies led to Sutton Vane Associates carrying out the co-ordinated lighting design of approximately sixty buildings, structures and vessels with a budget approaching Two Million Pounds.
