Sutton Vane Associates were commissioned to develop a comprehensive lighting strategy for the Cultural Industries Quarter area. It included recommendations to link the side streets together by using coloured light and the lighting of a number of important buildings. The recommendations included lighting the courtyard spaces that are currently being developed.
