 Ecolight keynote speech
November 2011, Michael Grubb’s keynote speech at the Ecolight Conference in London, November 9,will focus on the Lighting Strategy devised by Sutton Vane Associates for the park and public realm aspects of the London 2012 Olympics, as part of the LDA Design.Hargreaves team. The conference is a special event on low carbon technologies and runs in parallel with the LuxLive exhibition at London’s Earl’s Court and the Lux Awards.
The Strategy document was created to provide an organised and cohesive approach to lighting design across the Park and has been used by designers, constructors, and planners to guide detailed design of lighting schemes during all three phases of delivery: the Games, Transformation and Legacy.
