Stuart Alexander, designer

Stuart Alexander joined Sutton Vane Associates in 2009 bringing with him experience in landscape architecture gained in Scandinavia and the UK, and having studied architecture and anthropology at Central St Martins. A number of his projects have centred on the use of day light, such as modelling lux levels throughout the Museum of Liverpool. They range from working on the city lighting plan for Colchester and the public realm lighting in Sheffield to interior lighting at the Massar Discovery Centre in Syria. Outside work, he is known as VJ Polyphant, and indulges his passion for ‘exploring interactivity and light to enhance the experience of music and space’.
