A series of visualisations of the proposed lighting of the City Hall were created by Sutton Vane Associates. These were generated from black and white line drawings of the building. The visualisations show accurately how the finished scheme will appear and they were used by Sutton Vane Associates to explain the proposals to the City Council. The Council then used them to explain the proposals to the public.
